The company implements all the regular procedures necessary for obtaining licenses and registering national or foreign companies and even mixed companies in which foreign capital contributes. It also follows up the procedures for licensing and establishing branches for all types of these companies inside and outside the Kingdom, in addition to full supervision of holding general assemblies for stock companies thus approving them with the Ministry of Commerce.
